我为什么说这是以车为主的状况，就是因为没有其他的替代方式来到达不是吗？我不清楚那一边能不能用摩托车，但想想一下如果他们可以用自行车，走路或者其他方式好啦，就是不要车了啦，就没有必要要求免费泊车了，不是吗？

上面写了“批发公市”，应该就是闻名士拉央的那间大市场。上次来过，周边的确很多鲜货小贩，不懂合法还是非法的。
