I'm not even sure how that factors into the conversation. Hindi naman pwede ikaw magbuhos pagkagamit mo ng urinal stalls because 1) you literally need a liter of water to wash it away decently, something you wouldn't be carrying in your person at all as a commuter, and 2) the infrastructure was poorly conceived in the first place kasi sa gutter lang babagsak ihi.
Disiplina in the sense na tiisin mo until makahanap ka ng restroom? Not many people have that luxury, particularly drivers who can't stop or those with incontinence.
It's kind of sad because now that I think about it, there's always a segment of the population who blame everything on the lack of discipline:
Traffic: Wala kasing disiplina ang jeepney driver while ignoring that the boundary system incentivizes breaking the law
Covid: Lagi silang lumalabas kahit may lockdown, wala talagang disiplina ang tao while ignoring that the alternative was starving.
Now it's this. I usually countered the whole disiplina lang ang kailangan narrative back in reddit, looks like it's getting worse since it's not even related to the problem anymore.
