Last year had about the same as prior years, but it was kinda late. So it seemed like more near the end there. Then it slid into a rather wet winter season which was interesting.
I think the year prior had more rain, I was in the process of moving "back" to Tucson at that time. (Originally from Casa Grande). The Catalina's looked way greener in August 2021 than August 2022 IMO.
I remember monsoon seasons so bad that the schoolbus couldn't get to my block from the flooding. Ah "flash flood days"... Average season meant like 1-2 of them. A bad season could see 3-4.
