New to all this, trying to understand the microblog section, seems like it's ideal for simpler discussion. But after replying to a guy in the Diablo microblog section, I noticed that he was actually o (kbin.social)

New to all this, trying to understand the microblog section, seems like it's ideal for simpler discussion. But after replying to a guy in the Diablo microblog section, I noticed that he was actually on mastodon not kbin. So mastodon tags get autopulled into the microblog if the names match? If so does that mean that stuff you post also gets posted to the corresonding mastodon tag?
