A dozen hallucinations and scares, and for some reason one of the family members just doesn't believe anything. "You just need to sleep it off".
given the cost of housing, I'd be willing to entertain some willful ignorance, too.
"Look, this is the only one in our price range, without an HOA, and in a nice neighborhood. We're gonna room with the ghosts."
