It took a bit too long to finally break through for my liking…but it was definitely coming. Everton did stay quite disciplined, which made it harder to break down that bloody block. They seem to have almost no threat in attack. I hope Martinelli is OK…wearing my Martinelli 11 shirt ~~for luck~~ as an homage, today.
Agreed. They barely even had a chance, we just needed to score one. Much better than we usually do against those types of counterattacking teams tbh.
