Okay... Where's the documented list of every good they did so that you can actually look at both sides and make a reasoned decision...

That's called delusion.

If

On February 3rd, 2022, US troops murdered 6 children and 4 women during a raid in Syria.

Is worthy to be called an "Atrocity" then there's plenty of cases where 10+ lives were saved that should be on the other side of this equation. You're just lying to yourself.

It has saved millions of lives and remains one of the most successful humanitarian projects in modern history.

It really doesn't take all that much to show that you're full of it.
