My contribution to the summer vibes is this Gemini Top, knitted in Patons Linen Touch. The yoke detail is just on one side, so you can wear it to the front or the back and it looks right either way.
According to the dates on Ravelry I made this about a year after learning to knit, and I remember being super proud because this was the first time I'd successfully adapted a pattern for my crazy wide hips and had it actually fit and not be too tight! I had to put so many more increases in than the pattern called for. Curse my weird figure ๐
Unfortunately it's also the first time I tried to do "make one" increases from memory, without looking it up. I made a silly mistake and they ended up making visible holes up the side, but it's ok it just looks like a design feature!
Don't wear this one so much any more, it's a bit old and tatty. But I certainly got a lot of use out of it, it was great for casual beach days!
(writing this up made me want to make another one. dammit.)
