Due to the release of a certain ARPG, I didn't read much this week. The only LN I've read was Enough with This Slow Life! I Was Reincarnated as a High Elf and Now I’m Bored: Volume 2. This series has an interesting quirk that I haven't seen anywhere else yet. The story is written from a macro point of view. Entire decades are flying by in single chapters. As an example:

this volume starts with MC picking up a little boy, at the end of the volume the boy is in his 30s or so.

4/10 timeless elves, plus a bonus point for the uniqueness.
