That's the rub, ask yourself why doesn't it happen more often that a "good cop" calls out a "bad cop?" It just seem so rare. I don't understand why, these are people from the same community. ๐คทโโ๏ธ
Good cops are usually punished for calling out bad cops. The system is broken.
