Mike Nugent and Andrea Davis were in the lead to advance for Missoula mayoral race after initial results were released Tuesday night.

I think it's pretty clear that Appointed Mayor Jordan Hess has disappointed voters. Hess barely placed third in the mayoral race with 2,451 votes. His attempt to fund the Johnson Street Winter shelter by declaring an emergency clearly was not wanted by the voters.
