Well, being inept and acting on whims is a great way to get fucked on gambles.
I guess the thing I have issue with is gamble to me makes it sound like he's not fully at fault. What I see is some dipshit with kerosene and a match and he light a bridge on fire. Each failure is more fire thrown at the fire.
