After the whole shitstorm that was Totos and Hamiltons comments on Max and Redbull, it made me wonder: did the opposite ever happen? Horner is well known to be a shit stirrer, but I personally don't ever remember him dismissing or questioning Hamiltons or Mercedes achievements. I obviously can be wrong, so please correct me if that ever happened. Really curious about it.

To be fair, in both the comments max made sure to give Hamilton credit saying that Hamilton is more dominant than others would have been driving the merc and by saying that hamilton has not had a competitor who is as mentally strong as him(which indirectly implies that hamilton is mentally strong). He has also previously defended Hamilton when the press was trying to bring the narrative of how Hamilton is not essential to mercedes success. Compared to this, toto and Hamilton's downplaying of Max's achievements feels like a blow below the belt to me.
