For a while I was like, maybe Iβm not cool, I donβt understand why so many people my age like him, then he continued making music and fell off a lot and I felt super vindicated. Maybe its racist but no white rappers should exist besides Em
Mac Miller was good, especially his newer stuff. I like Aesop Rock but that's not my usual go-to soundscape. I also have a white work friend who raps who actually makes great hip hop music. But 99% of the time you are absolutely right.
I agree with all that, but I gotta add Macklemore and Ryan Lewis have some great stuff. GEMENI and BEN were trash, but before that there was some decent (anti-capitalist) stuff.
Macklemore is lowkey pretty wholesome, although he tries too hard sometimes, bless his heart
True, obv itβs not gatekept by the prerequisite that you have to a better rapper than Eminem if youβre white, but Lil Dicky and Vanilla Ice really made me skeptical of white rappers for years and years to come.

I like that he does R&B inspired stuff too, I appreciate that he was able fo separate himself from other types of rappers, he has a cool style.
