Let's see... Terroristic threatening, menacing with a deadly weapon, wrongful detention/kidnapping, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Every cop, DA, and judge who touched this case should be in jail. Who signed that warrant?

They literally held a woman hostage until her husband turned himself in. Don't confuse it with "in custody" she was a hostage.
