I'm not really doing the masks anymore unless I'm pretty certain of the risk of exposure. BUT I do have to say that I never got sick with covid until I stopped wearing N95 masks. My family used N95s from the beginning of the pandemic to 3 years later. Then we all got it after we stopped masking.
