See it's funny to me that people complain about raw fish in sushi, but have no issues with Jerky, prosciutto etc.

So long as it is prepared correctly, it is fine. In the case of fish in sushi, it has to be soaked in vinegar to kill any bacteria. Similar to how prosciutto is salted in its production.

I eat none of those. I just eat normally cooked meat. Heck , i don't even eat eggs that aren't well cooked.
