So do we still have Chinese police working in Waterloo or did they fix that? I feel like they would have said something if they fixed that.

I'm talking about Chinese nationals, not people of one of the many races that live in China. Surely you are aware of the stories that ran nine months ago about the secret Chinese "police stations" in major Canadian cities. (See also other comment)
