Fast food and poor diet in general, soda included. Just like cigarettes, if you just smoke one or two every now and then there aren't going to be significant effects. However when you use it habitually over years it can take a serious toll on your body.

Sedentary lifestyle. Humans are made to be moving. Even if you're just walking 30 minutes a day you're OK. But a lot of people just move from bed -> kitchen seat -> car seat -> work seat -> kitchen seat -> couch -> bed. This is just as bad, if not worse, than smoking over the long term.

Risky sexual behavior. This is prevalent especially in gay men. Having sex with dozens of (or more) partners a month. You can use condoms and safe sex all you want, you're still probably going to catch diseases just from sheer volume. Chlamydia and Gono are the least of your concerns - those at least can be easily treated. Plus that's not considering the other things that usually come with it - drugs, staying up late, meeting in vulnerable places with people you don't know very well, etc.

Reckless driving. People texting and driving, or tailing others on the highway, tipsy/drunk driving. It can be a lot worse for you than smoking... all it takes is one small mistake to send you to space - along with any other lucky individuals that happened to cross your path that day

Excessive sun exposure without using sunscreen. Skin cancer isn't fun, and a lot of people just don't feel the need even though they're out and about in the sun all day.
