Does everyone already know all this? Just feels like a Quake comm should start with/include the basics.

I don't know, just trying to get this going.

I think it’s good info to have out there for anyone who might be getting back into playing and finds this. If it’s possible to make sticky threads on here, might be worth it eventually to set up a simple how-to for new players or those rekindling an old flame.
