I agree, I couldn't stand the new voice. I also found myself really noticing when the actor tried their hardest to mimic the ad lib /improve stylings of Roiland. I get its the same character and writers but reusing old ad libs as a way to assimilate the new voice definitely didn't work for me, if anything it made the major differences stand out in a bad way.
