due to the rolling blackout... I think it's had its effect.

I think I am done with reddit.

it's a shame because as someone who doesn't use Facebook it was nice to have a sense of local community I otherwise don't get online.

I still think besides the few odd regulars who brought the vibe down every chance they could, it was a genuinely great subreddit.

anyway, I'm just curious how many of you are well and truly done with reddit? not even going back for a peak?

I have been trialing Lemmy and kbin today. The real downside to Lemmy for me is the login! I can't even login sometimes. I thought it was only the account creation that was the problem.

I've been having the same issue. Just get a perpetually spinning loading circle.

I get the same when trying to log into lemmy.world. I know I have an account because I can reset my password and it logs me in just fine after that. It's pretty frustrating. Login works just fine on sh.itjust.works.

Kbin has been fine for me so far login and register wise.

Find an instance closer to you. As well one that has decent hardware.
