Really feels like all the male role models that rise in popularity are awful people who portray masculinity as the need to dominate everything around you.
I dont think that article is well written. They reference a teacher who saw some kids watching Tate and then reference few different events unrelated to Andrew Tate and then spend the second half talking about a charity in England.
Homophobia in rugby was already a problem. People taking advantage of drunk women was already a problem. These things are ingrained in nz school culture and have been around for as long as I can remember.
Overall I think kids are far less hateful today than they were 20 years ago and articles like this unfairly judge the younger generation.
