It's even quite playable on my 1660 Super which is below the required GPU. I can get above 60 in a lot of places, but the more dense areas are 25-30, though dips to 25 are rare. Might even manage to get it more stable if it still uses the same old INI parameters as Fallout 4 and Skyrim, but I've just been playing the game instead of messing with the files. No crashes either, in 11 hours total game time.
Nexusmods already have a bunch of performance ini tweaks. Its very much like fo4 and Skyrim. Same cheat codes too in console
The rapid release of mod fixes says everything doesn't it... Same game so same issues

How is that possible when my 2070 Super Max Q can't even maintain 40fps on 1080P FSR?
Isn't that a mobile card? Perhaps it's the rest of your laptop specs.
