If you go onto your user profile page, and scroll all the way to the right, there is a section called "reputation".

What is it, and how does it work?

Is it like the "karma" system that Reddit uses?

Yeah kinda annoyed at how it's boosts minus downvotes, not upvotes minus downvotes, which I think just about everyone expects it to be.
