Join the club fam. Honestly its mostly like reddit! You'll slowly get the hang of federated.

Just know the default post sort is "active" which you might want to change to hot or new. Hot has a bug so it doesn't update as much as it should

Yeah I created communities I saw didn’t exist because I wanted to make it easier for people coming here but I don’t wanna be a fuckin mod lmao

Well you don't have to be an active mod

I created a jazz community but if it ever takes off I'll make someone else mod haha. Right now its the wild west
