Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov said on Aug. 22 that it will take at least six to seven months for Ukrainian staff and infrastructure to be ready to operate F-16 fighter jets pledged by Western allies.

They're very complicated aircraft, doesn't surprise me at all.
