From 2022, but I've seen similar recently. Wages have been blamed as the major driver of inflation for years now, yet spending power is down for most over the same time frame. And workers are still the bad guys for reacting to the fatter profit margins:
"Strikingly, over half of this increase (53.9%) can be attributed to fatter profit margins, with labor costs contributing less than 8% of this increase."
