Just saying, 6 different types of boots on KotL may not be optimal...

Can't think of anything interesting I've done myself, but my friend did go for a tank sniper build in protest of our offlaner picking a 5th squishy hero as our last pick. Went for radiance, heart, strength blink, halberd

We basically won, but we lost the game because the 5 of us all died while diving fountain. Twice.

This is only stupid to an extent actually. There's many games where going Satanic early on sniper can be the correct answer, and there was even a video explaining how to consider it. Like for example, if you're being jumped by a QoP, yes, BKB will save your ass from the Witchblade and Orchid damage, but you will still lose the right click war. Satanic does the same and makes you win the right click war.

Still, I only ever did it once, and wouldn't recommend it.
