Doing some lemmy.radio cleanup and I’m debating closing this in lieu of using [email protected]

DMR is rather a Digital Voice mode while Digital Modes are usually the text based ones (ie. FT8, Olivia, RTTY PSK, etc). Under Digital Voice we have DMR, D-Star, Fusion/C4FM, NXDN, P25, M17, etc. But I see that [email protected] is all mixed together... so maybe it makes sense to move this one over there now.
