Thanks for the answer, but I don't think that can be the issue, since Mangohud says the whole OS is using just 10GB of my 16GB of RAM, although it may be a VRAM issue since I can't set it up in Mangohud and I can't monitor it.
Try setting a FPS limit. I limited my FPS to 30 on my laptop and it’s ran smooth ever since.
