I am thinking why they would release such informations before the war is over. Do they know that russia already knows how they did it, are they mocking russia?
maybe they wanted to assert that that was them, to state that capability, to dispel rumours
now, why would they do that. i guess that's because they found out that it's incredibly complex operation, maybe russians started using some countermeasures that make repeat hard or impossible, or more likely, maybe they don't need it at all after successful trials of boat drones, supply of storm shadow/scalp secured and maybe some converted s-200 in use
