Universal Lemmings was setup as I was unhappy with the defederation policy's of other instances that I was on. Other than servers obviously set up for bots/spam we aim to not defederate. We will even federate with bot instances if the community wishes. Though I find that incredibly unlikely.

This instance is still very new so you might need to search out your favorite communities again. Im still working on finishing up backend optimizations but once completed I will begin making more formal announcememts and guides on how to get around.

I know it's been a while, and you probably forgot about this message even, but what you just wrote is the exact reason why I'm here. I couldn't have said it any better myself - bravo!

It's been a while coming, but I'm finally moving all of my activity over to your instance. You seem to have a very good take on the entire federation process, and I'm really happy to read stuff like "I will personally block it but not on an instance level."

There are shitty people everywhere. Fortunately it's quite easy just to not engage with them.

Thank you once again for setting up unilem. I hope it will survive for many years to come.
