Thinking about having my nipples pierced. However, my main source of doubt is that it would be very visible when using a T-shirt...

Thoughts?

You're not wrong, that is a thing. Source: me, a man with nipple piercings.

It's more obvious with solid colours and less obvious with a pattern.
The thicker or stiffer the fabric, the less the fabric will contour.

Seems like something you just have to own.

Luckily it's a piercing that heals well. And you can easily remove them if you decide they aren't working out.
