I don't think that's easy to predict. Certain extinctions cause chain events by having an impact on the system. Really anything that can be avoided should be avoided.
This sure is an unsatisfactory answer, but you won't get any that's better, because we don't even know all species yet, and the whole impact their extinction would make.
