Hello All

I hope everyone is as healthy and pain free as possible.

I just want to remind myself, as well as anyone else that doesn't know, that un-managed stress will also put you in a flare. We have a chronic condition, and we can't do everything.

Please take care of yourselves, and I hope to hear from you all soon

I think I found that out first hand over the last month. But the problem is so many things in my life were different in the last month, including stress that I have no idea what specifically caused my symptoms last week, or if it was the sum of it all. Now because I tried to fix so much at the same time, I have no idea what helped my symptoms.

I hope this board starts getting busy soon. I loved the Reddit crohns thread and miss it.
