EndeavorOS, arch based, gui installer up and running just as fast as a linux mint, but simply better
for you yes, I reallly don't like the linux community's mentality of hurr durr mine betterrr. To each their own.
well no it's simply better because it keeps up to date, has better outof the box support for nvidia, and has better UX because you don't need to fuck around with PPA in order to do some simply shit like installing spotify

I just reread the entire thread and realized you were talking about EndeavourOS, not Mint. Seems I misread so sorry about that.
I thought I was about to encounter the usual echoes anti-archlinux...not that I would spend the effort to reply, but I was so confused thinking you called the AUR a PPA, Nvidia OOTB better on Mint, or

Take a typical tiger charm, designed to ward off tigers. Works great, until you encounter a tiger at close range.

Manjaro has broken AUR support multiple times on purpose. No thanks.
Yeah, but then you have to tell people you use something that sounds like an exotic dancer's stage name. I'll stick with Endeavour.
