Hand-selected players under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Very experienced volunteer testers chosen based on the long-term provision of constructive feedback, quantity and quality of bug reports, and overall activity

Based on reactions on the subreddit, I appear to be in the minority of people that just doesn't care much about this.

Early PTU waves suck. This change just seems like it's going back to the way it was when the waves were first started and it gives players that actually want to test a way of getting early access.

Seems fine.
