Cubital tunnel syndrome. I have it, it's the result of sleeping with your elbows bent.
This is most likely your answer, or Guyon canal syndrome depending on how far up the numbness goes, either way it's some sort of ulnar neuropathy as long as those are your only symptoms. If you Google these you can find information on how to help prevent stretching or compressing the nerve while you sleep or during the day, there are wrist/elbow braces that can help with that
Are there pillows and/or restraints that can help with this? I like to sleep on my back.
