The average weight of an adult male narwhal is 800 to 1,600 kg (1,760 to 3,530 lb)
Using https://www.converttobananas.com/weight-converter/ that's 7054 to 14109 bananas per narwhal....
or 698,345 to 1,396,791 bananas for 99 of them
