Former Austrian Foreign Minister Karin Kneissl, who danced with Russian President Vladimir Putin at her wedding, has moved to Russia and settled in the village of Petrushovo, Ryazan Oblast.

...and also deputy head and briefly head of OSCE, the organization that was responsible for, among other things, monitoring the ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine in the period between the invasion of Crimea and the larger invasion.
