Thanks for making this! Wonder if some rules and standards for verification and payment modalities would be useful? (Any time money is exchanging hands seems like you might have the potential for bad actors). r/pen_swap has some that might be adaptable?

Not only adaptable, but adapted. I am 99% certain I removed all references to the other site and its denizens, as well as documented in there the handful of things we won't be able to enforce initially.
