wow this changes up things. are huge patches like this common? i'm relatively new

nice to see my fav hero hoodwink getting a bit buffed, now scurry can be used offensively too, will see how effective it is

if it changes the number not just adding alphabet like 7.34a, it's usually at least this big

nice. it think its a good idea to jazz things up, and let players explore new things
