i heard it's bad. a quick and comprehensive response to natural disasters is something every government must be ready to carry out.

It's hit other areas in the north west too, some officials have already lost their lives, including the deputy mayor of Jilin while trying to aid in disaster relief efforts.

Meanwhile a South Korean mayor was playing golf while it was flooding in their region too...
