Minced meat. My local shop forced me to make a lot of adjustments to the recipe I decided to follow, so I just decided to follow my heart.
Oh, and onion.
I think so, it didn't taste nearly as bad as it looked.
You also shouldn't overcrowd the pan or else you'll steam the meat rather than brown it. In my experience, it's difficult to brown more than 1lb of ground meat in a 10" stainless skillet.
I'll eat it with some rice.
And sauce/salsa 👌
I mean with some salsa and preferably in a tortilla wrap this could work
