These groups benefit the health of clubs. I understand that, at the end of the day, these clubs are business ventures who want to make money. But, I think it will only help them to have some kind of program in place to at least reserve a set number of tickets at a fair flat price for supporter groups. The long term fan base and stadium atmosphere is nothing without this core group of fans.
I have to admit that IMCF has been doing a pretty good job working with us. Our club officers met with staff and were able to secure 2 sections for us at discounted rates for leagues cup. Granted prices are a bit higher than what we used to pay for those seats, but nowhere near what the general public pays. It will be interesting to see how things change once the regular season starts up again.
The 3252 gets discounted seats at LAFC, because the club knows they create the party atmosphere that brings in the rest of the stadium.
