Or hold it open while Bluetooth active and in use?

Would be extremely useful to have my screen stay open while phone is playing music in the car. Phone is a Samsung A31 running Android 12, although I have had the same issue on other devices running different versions of Android so not sure its relevant.

Does your phone have Samsung Modes and Routines? If so, you can make a Mode that sets Display to Always On.

It doesnt. Suspect thats something only new release Samsung phones have, mines 2-3 years old

Actually there is, you just gotta pay is all, but the amount is fairly trifling as far as I'm concerned. Thanks to @[email protected] I have a solution, one that nobody at reddit ever was able to come up with when I asked about it a while back
