Not propaganda. Many Republicans including Trump appear to not see Russia as an enemy. Look at Trump's comments, he would stop supplying Ukraine with arms and pressure them into giving parts of their country to Russia.
Politicians make lies to get votes but once they get elected they do what the government has always been doing. Are you aware of cold war?
You seem to completely ignore what has been happening these last couple of years, which very easily disprove your claims.
