According to SPORT1 information, another candidate has aroused Bayern’s interest - and may fit the profile they are looking for even better. His name: Pau Torres! The Spaniard, who plays for Villarreal FC, is in his prime at 26 and, as a left-footed player, would be ideal to take Hernández’s place. As SPORT1 learned, the people of Munich are already in contact with Torres’ management and have expressed their interest during a first scan.

Since Pavard and Hernandez are scheduled to leave Bayern, it’s good to see they’re in talks for replacements on the backline.

Unfortunately it looks like Bayern aren’t triggering the buy option for Cancelo which is disappointing, but sadly not unexpected…

You’re right, both Torres and Kim are centre backs, so effectively one of them will be replacing Hernandez. As for a Pavard replacement it’s looking worse unless like I said we give Mazraoui much more playtime.

Buy clause at 70 mil was never going to be triggered. It was earlier thought that bayern would negotiate a lower fee for him but suddenly that talk has died down.

Hopefully then he will stop bitching and moaning about not being able to play consistently

I thought Gravenberch was the one moaning about not enough playtime, but maybe they are both!

Yeah both of them were moaning about lack of playtime. But it makes less sense in maz's case because he got decent time on the pitch this year and was injured for part of the season. If he came thinking he would be a starter in most games then his expectations seem delusional
