An abandoned community for the Philippines and all things Filipino! πŸ‡΅πŸ‡

Started out as a Reddit alternative during the blackout from Jun 12-21, 2023 with over 1k members in just a few days. Fizzled faster than the "I Didn't Do It" kid after a month until it became the internet's Centralia in less than a year.

Shopee's return policy is very inconvenient. Why do I have to personally bring the item to a J&T branch when in fact it's your seller who sent me a defective item?

Lazada, in contrast, will ask a rider to pickup the item from your house provided that it's packed properly.

Ah, Shopee, you're again disappointing me.

In my experience, sa shopee sila nagpadala ng rider from flash express to pickup the item, yung waybill lang yung need ko gawin kasi nandyn yung shipping details

Unfortunately for my parcel po, it's either I drop off the parcel sa J&T shop then free shipping, or choose another courier then Shopee "refunds" me of the shipping fee. Knowing Shopee, I chose the former na lang po. :( They did not send anyone. I guess it depends on the location din. :(
